Repository STIM Lasharan Jaya MakassarMenumbuhkan Jiwa Entrepreneur Mahasiswa melalui Pelatihan Kreativitas dan InovasiMukhtarGalibauthorMaulanaauthorMuhammadBasriauthorArifMashuriauthorAndiArdasantiauthorPelatihan Kreativitas dan Inovasi untuk Menumbuhkan Jiwa Entrepreneur Mahasiswa bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa dalam berwirausaha. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi kelompok, brainstorming, simulasi, studi kasus, workshop, dan pendampingan individu. Materi pelatihan mencakup konsep kewirausahaan, peluang bisnis, karakteristik entrepreneur, teknik brainstorming, business model canvas, komponen rencana bisnis, strategi pemasaran, analisis keuangan, motivasi, selfleadership, dan time management. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor tes pengetahuan kewirausahaan dari 60 menjadi 85. Sebanyak 25 mahasiswa mampu menyusun business model canvas yang lengkap dan 22 mahasiswa mampu menyusun rencana bisnis yang komprehensif. Peserta pelatihan juga menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan dalam mengembangkan ide bisnis yang kreatif dan inovatif, serta peningkatan tingkat kepercayaan diri dalam memulai dan mengembangkan bisnis. Pelatihan ini menunjukkan hasil yang positif dan dapat menjadi model bagi program pelatihan kewirausahaan lainnya untuk membantu mahasiswa dalam mencapai tujuan karir mereka sebagai entrepreneur.2024-08Artikel
