Desa Bonto Masunggu di Kecamatan Tellu Limpoe Kabupaten Bone memiliki geografi dan potensi yang baik untuk pengembangan budidaya jamur tiram. Masyarakat Desa Bonto Masunggu belum memiliki pengetahuan mengenai jamur tiram, baik bentuk, kegunaan dan budidayanya. Oleh karena itu, Program Pengembangan Desa Mitra (PPDM) dijalankan untuk mengatasinya. PPDM di Desa Bonto Masunggu dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap. Tahap pertama; survey dan persiapan, tahap kedua; pelatihan dan pelaksanaan, tahap ketiga; monitoring dan evaluasi. Pelaksanaan tahap pertama dipilih rumah warga yang akan dibangun kumbung (rumah jamur), di tahap kedua dilakukan beberapa hal, seperti : 1. Pembuatan kumbung; 2. Pemeliharaan jamur tiram; dan 9. Pemanenan. Pada tahap ketiga dilakukan pemantauan terhadap pelaksanaan dan keberhasilan program PPDM. Fokus kegiatan ini pada inovasi kumbung.2020-11Artikel
