Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan cara menyebarkan observasi, kuisioner, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan mengambil responden sebanyak 30 orang sebagai bagian penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. sementara, indikator kompensasi finansial berpengaruh lebih dominan daripada kompensasi non finansial terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin banyak pemberian kompensasi finansial, berdampak akan semakin tinggi pula semangat kerja karyawan.2020-01Artikel
